Processing Time

At Retrify, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • In cases of high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you promptly via email or phone.

Shipping Time

  • Domestic Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 5-6 business days from the date of confirmation.
  • Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:
    • Weather conditions.
    • Remote locations.
    • Courier service delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free.
  • Get your orders faster within 2-3 days of order with Express Shipping (Fast and Secure deliveries)

Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation via mail and phone with a tracking link.
  • You can use this link to monitor your order's progress until it reaches you.
  • You can also track your orders via our website.

Undelivered Orders

If an order is not delivered, it will be returned to us (RTO), and a refund will be processed after deductions in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Address – Provided address is incomplete or incorrect.
  2. Customer Unavailability – No one is available to receive the package.
  3. Order Refusal – Customer refuses to accept the delivery.

Deductions Before Refund:

  • Shipping & return charges
  • Applicable taxes. 
  • Logistical cost.

  • Ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate during checkout to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
