Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy
At Retrify, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver high-quality products that meet the highest standards. While every item is thoroughly inspected before shipping, if any issue arises, we're here to help.
Return Policy
- Timeframe: You may request a return within 5 days of receiving your item.
- Approval: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the return request will be processed within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
- Approval Process: After inspection of the returned product, we will notify you whether your refund request is approved.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
- Unresolved Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at support@retrify.in.
Replacement Policy
- Duration: We offer a 6-month replacement warranty for defective products.
- Eligibility: Replacements are subject to the conditions outlined below.
Unboxing Video Requirement
To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, an unboxing video is mandatory. This video must be:
- Uncut and Continuous: Show the sealed package, unboxing process, and condition of the item upon first inspection.
- Clear: Any defect or damage should be clearly visible in the video.
Without this video, return or replacement requests will not be processed.
Conditions for Return, Replacement, or Refund

Product Condition:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
- Tampered or used products are not eligible for return or replacement.

Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to our provided address on the contact us page for returns or replacements.

Right to Reject:
- Retrify reserves the right to decline requests if required conditions, including the unboxing video, are not met.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
- For damaged items, the unboxing video must clearly capture the defect.
- For incorrect products, notify us within 5 days of delivery with the unboxing video.

Non-Returnable Situations:
- Functional products that don’t meet personal preferences.
- Missing or incomplete unboxing videos.
Steps to Initiate a Return, Replacement, or Refund
- Record Unboxing Video: Ensure the video is uncut and continuous.

Contact Support: Email us at support@retrify.in with:
- Your order details.
- The unboxing video.
- A description of the issue.
- A clear image or scan of the invoice or bill.
- Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed and approved, ship the product to the address we provide.
Refund Amount:
- 10% of the total price will be deducted for logistics, shipping, and handling.
- The refund amount may range between 50% to 90% of the final price, depending on the product’s condition.
- We hold the right to reject the refund if the product is damaged, used, or missing original packaging.
Refund Policy for Undelivered Orders
If a prepaid order is not delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the parcel, the product will be returned to us (RTO). In such cases, customers are eligible for a refund only after deducting the following charges:
- Forward & return shipping fees
- Applicable taxes
- Any other associated logistics costs
The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned package. To avoid such issues, please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the order.
